Cookies and Local Storage

This website does not set first-party HTTP cookies. The analytics service described below (Vercel Analytics) collects anonymous data without cookies.

The website uses your browser's localStorage API (a client-side storage mechanism distinct from cookies) to remember two things: your chosen colour theme (light, dark, or system default) and the completion state of the guest farewell checklist. This data never leaves your device.

The Contact page embeds a Google Maps widget. When that page loads, Google may set third-party cookies on your device in accordance with its own privacy policy. This is outside our control. If you prefer to avoid this, you can navigate directly to maps.google.com instead.

Third-party platforms linked from this site (Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeExchange) operate their own cookie policies. When you navigate to those sites you are subject to their respective policies.

Analytics and Tracking

This website uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused service provided by Vercel Inc. It collects anonymous, aggregated data including page views and Core Web Vitals (performance metrics). No cookies are set, no personal data (such as IP address or device fingerprint) is stored, and the data cannot be linked to an individual visitor.

This website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising tracking service. No data about your visit is shared with advertisers.

Data Minimisation

We collect only what is necessary. This website has no contact form and collects no personal data directly. If you contact us via email or WhatsApp, we receive only what you choose to send. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

This website is served over HTTPS. Contact enquiries are handled via secure email infrastructure. Access to personal data is limited to the property operators.

Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Email book@nomadsnest.live to make a request. We will respond within 30 days.
